加入Al-5Ti-B細化劑和Al-2Zr-Sc中間合金后鋁鋅鎂合金的組織和拉伸性能

【摘要】:在單獨或復(fù)合添加Al-2Zr-Sc中間合金和Al-5Ti-B細化劑的條件下對鋁鋅鎂合金進行細化處理,研究了不同細化條件下鑄態(tài)鋁鎂鋅合金的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:單獨加入質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.4%的Al-2Zr-Sc中間合金或Al-5Ti-B細化劑都可以細化鋁鎂鋅合金的晶粒,且加入Al-2Zr-Sc中間合金后有Al3(Sc,Zr)相析出,提高了合金的抗拉強度;復(fù)合添加質(zhì)量分數(shù)均為0.2%的Al-2Zr-Sc中間合金和Al-5Ti-B細化劑后,晶粒的細化效果最優(yōu),相比于基體合金,平均晶粒尺寸減小了20μm,抗拉強度提高了32%,這主要是細晶強化和析出強化共同作用的結(jié)果;晶界處長桿狀第二相的存在導(dǎo)致復(fù)合細化合金的伸長率比單獨細化合金的低。
[Abstract]:The Al-Zn-mg alloy was refined by adding Al-2Zr-Sc master alloy and Al-5Ti-B refiner, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Al-mg-Zn alloy were studied under different refining conditions. The results show that the grain size of Al-mg-Zn alloy can be refined by adding 0.4% Al-2Zr-Sc master alloy or Al-5Ti-B refiner alone, and the Al3 (Sc,Zr) phase precipitates after adding Al-2Zr-Sc master alloy. The tensile strength of the alloy is improved. When 0.2% Al-2Zr-Sc master alloy and Al-5Ti-B refiner were added, the grain refinement effect was the best. Compared with the matrix alloy, the average grain size decreased by 20 渭 m and the tensile strength increased by 32%. This is mainly the result of the combination of fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening. The existence of the rod-like second phase of grain boundary leads to lower elongation of the composite refined alloy than that of the single refined alloy.
