粉末熱鍛雙層材料凸輪的顯微組織與力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:以Fe 2Cu 1C基粉為凸輪內(nèi)層材料,并以此基粉為原料加入Cr、Mo、Si等合金元素,作為凸輪外層材料,采用粉末鍛造工藝制備雙層材料凸輪,研究合金元素和鍛造工藝對(duì)凸輪顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:以Fe 2Cu 1C 1.5Cr 0.85Mo粉體作為外層材料,采用1050℃熱鍛的凸輪在密度7.56 g·cm 3時(shí),抗彎強(qiáng)度、硬度和摩擦系數(shù)分別為1400 MPa、HRB 100和0.35;鍛態(tài)組織為馬氏體、貝氏體、屈氏體、合金塊的混合組織。
[Abstract]:Double layer cams were prepared by powder forging process using Fe / 2Cu / 1 C powder as inner layer material of cam, adding alloy elements such as Cr,Mo,Si and other alloy elements as raw material of base powder, as outer material of cam, and making double layer cam by powder forging process. The effects of alloying elements and forging process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cam were studied.
