碲處理控制Y15易切削鋼中MnS夾雜物形貌

【摘要】:為了研究碲對鋼中MnS夾雜物形貌的影響,針對Y15高硫易切削鋼,利用SEM-EDS掃面電鏡,結(jié)合FactSage熱力學(xué)計算,分析了不同碲質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對鋼中MnS夾雜物形貌、尺寸、長寬比的影響,同時探討了稀散金屬碲對MnS夾雜物形貌控制的機理。研究結(jié)果表明,鋼液中加碲后,在MnS夾雜物的外環(huán)形成了碲、錳、鐵的復(fù)合相。鋼中加碲后MnS夾雜物的形貌和分布大幅度改變,當(dāng)碲硫比為0.05時,鏈狀MnS夾雜物大幅度減少,球狀MnS夾雜物數(shù)量增加;當(dāng)碲硫比增加到0.2時,鏈狀MnS夾雜物基本消失;當(dāng)碲硫比增加到0.5時,MnS夾雜物形貌的變化不再明顯。鋼中加碲顯著降低了MnS夾雜物的長寬比,控制MnS夾雜物長寬比最合適的碲硫比為0.2。FactSage計算結(jié)果表明,MnTe的生成溫度為1900℃,在MnS的析出溫度下,MnTe是作為液態(tài)夾雜物存在的。在凝固過程中,MnTe和MnS發(fā)生固溶現(xiàn)象,由于MnTe為液態(tài),兩者形成的固溶體會趨于球形生長。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of tellurium on the morphology of MnS inclusions in steel, the effects of different tellurium contents on the morphology, size and aspect ratio of MnS inclusions in Y15 high sulfur cutting steel were analyzed by SEM-EDS scanning electron microscope and FactSage thermodynamic calculation. At the same time, the mechanism of controlling the morphology of MnS inclusion by the dispersed metal tellurium was discussed. The results show that the compound phases of tellurium, manganese and iron are formed in the outer ring of MnS inclusions after tellurium is added to the molten steel. After adding tellurium, the morphology and distribution of MnS inclusions changed greatly. When the ratio of tellurium to sulfur was 0.05, the chain MnS inclusions decreased greatly and the number of spherical MnS inclusions increased, and when the tellurium sulfur ratio increased to 0.2, the chain MnS inclusions basically disappeared. When the ratio of tellurium to sulfur increases to 0.5, the morphology of MnS inclusions is no longer obvious. The addition of tellurium in steel significantly reduced the aspect ratio of MnS inclusion, and the most suitable ratio of tellurium to sulfur for controlling the ratio of length to width of MnS inclusion was calculated by 0.2.FactSage.
