軋制鋁合金的X-射線法殘余應(yīng)力測試
[Abstract]:In the X-ray residual stress measurement of rolled aluminum alloy, due to the existence of preferred orientation, the number of crystal planes involved in diffraction at different angle positions is different, resulting in the difference of diffraction intensity at different angle positions. It affects the judgment of 胃-2 胃 position of diffraction peak, and then the oscillation of 2 胃-sin2 and Ip-sin2 is different degree, which results in the decrease of accuracy of test results. Based on the distribution of diffraction peak shape and intensity, the variation of diffraction intensity of different diffractive crystal planes in rolling aluminum alloy is analyzed in this paper, and then the suitable peak shape is selected to fit the diffractive intensity of rolling aluminum alloy in the process of measuring the diffraction peak shape and intensity distribution of diffractive peak by "polycrystal plane diffraction method". The results show that the diffraction peak shape and strength ratio can be guaranteed by "polycrystal plane diffraction", and the obtained results and theoretical values have a good kiss degree, which can meet the requirements for the test results of rolled aluminum alloys.
