DP590高強(qiáng)鋼激光焊接接頭組織與顯微硬度分析

【摘要】:使用YAG型光纖激光器對(duì)DP590鋼進(jìn)行激光焊接試驗(yàn),研究了焊接接頭的微觀組織和顯微硬度。結(jié)果表明:激光輸出功率為3 k W,焊接速度為3、4、5 m/min時(shí),焊接接頭外觀形貌較好,沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)裂紋、氣孔。隨著焊接速度的增大,焊接接頭的焊縫區(qū)和熱影響區(qū)的寬度逐漸減小。焊縫中心的組織為板條狀的馬氏體,靠近焊縫熱影響區(qū)的組織為馬氏體和少量的鐵素體,靠近母材熱影響區(qū)的組織為馬氏體和大量的鐵素體。接頭焊縫區(qū)的顯微硬度明顯高于母材,焊縫中心的最高硬度為380 HV。焊接接頭的硬度從焊縫到母材呈逐漸減小的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and microhardness of welded joint of DP590 steel were studied by laser welding experiment with YAG type fiber laser. The results show that when the laser output power is 3 kW, the welding speed is 3, 4, and the welding speed is 5 m/min, the appearance of the welded joint is better, and there are no cracks and pores. With the increase of welding speed, the width of weld zone and heat affected zone of welded joint decreases gradually. The microstructure in the center of the weld is lath martensite, the microstructure near the HAZ is martensite and a small amount of ferrite, and the microstructure near the HAZ of the base metal is martensite and a large number of ferrite. The microhardness of the weld zone is obviously higher than that of the base metal, and the highest hardness in the weld center is 380HV.. The hardness of welded joint decreases gradually from weld to base metal.
