不同硬化模型對第3代超高強(qiáng)度鋼板沖壓回彈預(yù)測的比較

【摘要】:針對第3代高強(qiáng)度鋼(QP鋼)沖壓過程中因回彈嚴(yán)重、回彈預(yù)測困難而導(dǎo)致的修模時(shí)間長、修模成本高等問題,采用了Swift各向同性硬化模型以及NSK模型、Y-U模型和Chaboche模型等先進(jìn)的硬化模型對QP980鋼的沖壓回彈進(jìn)行了預(yù)測.用含有上述4種模型的LS-DYNA軟件進(jìn)行預(yù)測,并將結(jié)果與實(shí)際結(jié)果比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)Y-U模型能較好地預(yù)測QP鋼沖壓回彈.由此可以有效地輔助模具設(shè)計(jì),減少修模次數(shù),降低修模成本.
[Abstract]:The shift isotropy hardening model and the NSK model are used to solve the problems of long repair time and high mold cost in the stamping process of the 3rd generation high-strength steel (QP steel). The punch-back of QP980 steel is predicted by the advanced hardening model, such as the Y-U model and the Chaboch model. The LS-DYNA software containing the above four models is used for prediction, and the results are compared with the actual results. It is found that the Y-U model can better predict the punch-back of the QP steel. So that the die design can be effectively assisted, the number of mold repair times can be reduced, and the mold repair cost can be reduced.
