有限元法鑄造凝固過程溫度場模擬及缺陷預(yù)測

【摘要】:基于有限元方法對鑄造凝固過程溫度場模擬及縮孔、縮松缺陷預(yù)測算法進(jìn)行了研究,并進(jìn)行了軟件研發(fā)。模擬過程中,充分考慮材料和邊界條件等模擬參數(shù)的非線性特征,并考慮結(jié)晶潛熱的處理。同時對所開發(fā)軟件的鑄件溫度場模擬、缺陷預(yù)測結(jié)果與Pro CAST軟件計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比驗證,并結(jié)合實驗數(shù)據(jù)對比,驗證了所開發(fā)軟件有限元算法及結(jié)果的正確性。
[Abstract]:Based on the finite element method, the temperature field simulation, shrinkage hole and shrinkage defect prediction algorithm in casting solidification process were studied, and the software was developed. In the simulation process, the nonlinear characteristics of the simulation parameters, such as material and boundary conditions, are fully considered, and the treatment of latent heat of crystallization is also considered. At the same time, the temperature field simulation and defect prediction results of the developed software are compared with those of the Pro CAST software, and the correctness of the finite element algorithm and the results are verified by the comparison of the experimental data.
