鋁合金異形底盒形件預(yù)脹成形數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:復(fù)雜曲面零件成形一直是諸多學(xué)者的研究熱點(diǎn),為了提高復(fù)雜曲面零件的成形性能以及壁厚均勻性.以鋁合金異形底盒形件為研究對(duì)象,采用預(yù)脹的充液拉深技術(shù)對(duì)5A06鋁合金盒形件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,探索預(yù)脹壓力和預(yù)脹高度等參數(shù)對(duì)異形底盒形件成形的影響規(guī)律,分析成形過程中控制參數(shù)變化對(duì)零件成形性能以及壁厚分布的影響.當(dāng)預(yù)脹壓力為8 MPa,預(yù)脹高度為12mm,液室壓力為20 MPa以及壓邊間隙為1.03 mm時(shí)為本模型的最合理方案.為異形底盒形件充液拉深成形的工藝參數(shù)的制定提供了參考以及對(duì)復(fù)雜零件成形的工藝分析具有一定指導(dǎo)意義.
[Abstract]:The forming of complex curved surface parts has been a hot spot of many scholars, in order to improve the forming performance and the uniformity of wall thickness of complex curved surface parts. Taking aluminum alloy special-shaped bottom box-shaped parts as research object, numerical simulation of 5A06 aluminum alloy box-shaped parts was carried out by means of pre-expanding liquid-filled drawing technology, and the influence of pre-expansion pressure and pre-expansion height on the forming of special-shaped bottom boxes was explored. The influence of controlling parameters on forming performance and wall thickness distribution during forming process is analyzed. When the pre-expansion pressure is 8 MPa, the height of pre-expansion is 12 mm, the pressure of liquid chamber is 20 MPa, and the clearance of blank holder is 1.03 mm, it is the most reasonable scheme of this model. It provides a reference for the formulation of the process parameters of the liquid-filled deep drawing of the special-shaped box-shaped parts and has a certain guiding significance for the process analysis of the forming of the complex parts.
