熱處理溫度對機(jī)床燃料電池用雙極板性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同溫度對特種機(jī)床用304不銹鋼雙極板進(jìn)行了熱處理,并進(jìn)行了接觸電阻以及不同溫度下耐腐蝕性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明:隨熱處理溫度從800℃升高至1200℃時,雙極板的耐腐蝕性能先提高后下降,接觸電阻先減小后基本不變再增大;當(dāng)熱處理溫度為1100℃時,雙極板的接觸電阻最小,腐蝕電位最正,45℃測試的腐蝕電位為-0.517 V,90℃測試的腐蝕電位為-0.535 V。雙極板的熱處理溫度不宜過高也不宜過低,優(yōu)選為1100℃。
