冷噴涂TC4涂層臨界沉積速度計算及制備涂層性能研究

【摘要】:目的研究冷噴涂TC4涂層的臨界沉積速度及粒子溫度對臨界沉積速度的影響規(guī)律,并研究氣體壓強對沉積涂層性能的影響規(guī)律。方法理論研究上,采用有限元LS-DYNA軟件中的Johnson-Cook塑性模型,選取3D164計算單元建立模型,研究粒子在不同溫度和不同速度下碰撞基體后的形貌特征,確定粒子沉積臨界速度。試驗研究上,采用N_2作為冷噴涂驅(qū)動氣體,在TC4合金上制備TC4涂層,然后采用SEM、Image J圖像分析軟件、硬度計等分析已沉積涂層的孔隙率和硬度等性能。結(jié)果 25、400、500、600℃溫度下,計算表明10μm的TC4合金粒子在TC4基板上的臨界沉積速度分別為730、465、392、361 m/s,即隨粒子溫度升高,粒子臨界沉積速度降低,粒子沉積成涂層更容易。采用冷噴涂工藝在TC4基板上沉積TC4涂層,在N_2溫度600℃、氣體壓力3 MPa的條件下,制備的TC4涂層厚度約1000μm,與TC4鈦合金基體結(jié)合緊密,涂層孔隙率約為6.46%。結(jié)論氣體溫度升高,粒子臨界沉積速度降低;氣體壓強變大,制備的涂層厚度就大且更加致密。

Methods in the theoretical study, the Johnson-Cook plastic model of finite element LS-DYNA software was used to establish the model with 3D164 calculation unit. The morphologies of particles after collision at different temperatures and speeds were studied, and the critical velocity of particle deposition was determined. In the experiment, TC4 coating was prepared on TC4 alloy by using N _ (2) as the driving gas of cold spraying.
