氧化時間對鈦合金鉆桿微弧氧化膜層結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響

【摘要】:采用脈沖直流微弧氧化方法在鈦合金鉆桿表面制備了不同氧化時間下的TiO_2陶瓷膜層,用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、顯微硬度計、球盤摩擦試驗機及電化學工作站等分析了膜層的形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)、組成以及膜層的硬度、摩擦磨損性能和耐蝕性。結(jié)果表明,隨著氧化時間的延長,膜層的厚度增加,但膜層的硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蝕性先增加后降低。經(jīng)不同氧化時間處理后,膜層的相結(jié)構(gòu)主要由金紅石型TiO_2和銳鈦礦型TiO_2組成,此外還含有少量的Al2TiO5晶體和SiO_2非晶態(tài)。微觀形貌分析表明,隨著氧化時間延長,膜層表面粗糙度延長。在本實驗條件下,當氧化時間為40min時,微弧氧化膜層的綜合性能較好。
[Abstract]:TiO_2 ceramic coatings with different oxidation time were prepared on the surface of titanium alloy drill pipe by pulsed DC micro-arc oxidation method. SEM, X-ray diffractometer and microhardness meter were used. The morphology, structure, composition, hardness, friction and wear properties and corrosion resistance of the film were analyzed by disk friction tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the thickness of the film increases with the increase of oxidation time, but the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the film first increase and then decrease. After treatment with different oxidation time, the phase structure of the film is mainly composed of rutile type TiO_2 and anatase type TiO_2, in addition, it also contains a small amount of Al2TiO5 crystal and SiO_2 amorphous state. The micromorphology analysis showed that the surface roughness of the film was prolonged with the increase of oxidation time. Under the experimental conditions, when the oxidation time is 40min, the comprehensive performance of the micro-arc oxide film is better.
