小位移旋量和響應(yīng)面法相結(jié)合的齒輪公差分析模型構(gòu)建方法

【摘要】:為了更高效更合理地開展齒輪公差分析及優(yōu)化,提出一種小位移旋量與響應(yīng)面法相結(jié)合的齒輪公差分析模型構(gòu)建方法。以齒輪安裝公差為例,依據(jù)齒輪精度標(biāo)準(zhǔn),利用小位移旋量公差建模理論建立了齒輪安裝公差數(shù)學(xué)模型;基于該公差模型,結(jié)合齒面接觸分析原理編制了計及誤差的齒面接觸分析模擬程序,并分析了不同變動要素對傳動誤差的影響;利用拉丁超立方試驗方法采樣并結(jié)合最小二乘法,構(gòu)建了齒輪公差變動要素與傳動誤差之間的二階響應(yīng)面近似模型,從而得到了齒輪公差分析模型。實例分析結(jié)果表明:該方法建模精度較高,實用性好,可為齒輪公差分析和綜合等提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out gear tolerance analysis and optimization more efficiently and reasonably, a model construction method of gear tolerance analysis based on the combination of small displacement spinor and response surface method is proposed. Taking the gear mounting tolerance as an example, according to the gear precision standard, the mathematical model of gear mounting tolerance is established by using the theory of small displacement spinor tolerance modeling. Based on the tolerance model and the principle of tooth surface contact analysis, a simulation program for tooth surface contact analysis with errors is developed, and the influence of different variable factors on the transmission error is analyzed. The second-order response surface approximation model between gear tolerance variation factor and transmission error is established by using Latin hypercube test method and least square method. Thus, the gear tolerance analysis model is obtained. The result of example analysis shows that this method has high modeling precision and good practicability, which can be used as reference for gear tolerance analysis and synthesis.
