SUS304奧氏體不銹鋼板點焊接頭的超聲成像分析

【摘要】:利用超聲波水浸聚焦入射法對1 mm厚的SUS304奧氏體不銹鋼板點焊接頭進行超聲C掃描成像檢測.分析了不同焊接工藝參數(shù)下的C掃描圖像特征,甄別了飛濺、焊穿等典型焊接缺陷,并提取其對應的A掃描信號.基于C掃描圖像對焊核直徑進行了測量,并與焊核切口端面尺寸進行了比較.結果表明,基于超聲波水浸聚焦入射法得到的C掃描圖像,能有效觀測焊核內(nèi)部形貌特征.焊接電流超過8 k A,電極力小于2 700 N時,超聲波C掃描圖像中清晰反映出飛濺、焊穿等缺陷,其對應區(qū)域的A掃描信號與正常熔核區(qū)波形特征有明顯差異;借助超聲C掃描圖像測得的焊核直徑為4.39~5.25 mm.
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic C-scan imaging of 1 mm thick SUS304 austenitic stainless steel plate spot welded joint was performed by ultrasonic immersion focusing incident method. The characteristics of C-scan images under different welding parameters were analyzed, and the typical welding defects such as spatter and penetration were screened out, and the corresponding A-scan signals were extracted. The diameter of the welding core is measured based on C-scan image and compared with the size of the cut face of the welding core. The results show that the C-scan image based on the ultrasonic immersion focused incident method can effectively observe the internal morphology of the welding nucleus. When the welding current is more than 8 Ka and the electric strength is less than 2 700 N, the ultrasonic C scan image clearly reflects the defects such as spatter and weld penetration, and the A scan signal of the corresponding area is obviously different from that of the normal fusion zone.
