【摘要】：利用EBSD研究了β單相區(qū)鍛造Ti-6246餅坯的顯微組織和晶體取向。結(jié)果表明,β鍛造的Ti-6246合金有網(wǎng)籃組織,原始β晶粒沿著金屬的流動方向拉長。β相呈現(xiàn)100_β與餅坯壓縮方向平行的強絲織構(gòu)。次生α相的織構(gòu)類型與β相符合Burgers取向關(guān)系。當相鄰原始β晶粒具有相近110方向時,在該β/β晶界兩側(cè)析出的次生α相的晶體c軸將沿著這一共同的110方向,即發(fā)生變體選擇,導(dǎo)致α相在{0001}極圖上的最大織構(gòu)密度明顯高于β相在(110)極圖上的最大織構(gòu)密度。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and crystal orientation of 尾-phase forged Ti-6246 cake billet were studied by EBSD. The results show that the 尾-forged Ti-6246 alloy has a basket structure and the original 尾 grain is elongated along the flow direction of the metal. The 尾 phase exhibits a strong filament texture parallel to the compression direction of the cake billet. The texture type of the secondary 偽 phase is in accordance with the Burgers orientation relationship between the 尾 phase and the secondary 偽 phase. When the adjacent original 尾 grains have a similar 110 direction, the c-axis of the secondary 偽-phase precipitated on both sides of the 尾 / 尾 grain boundary will follow this common 110 direction, that is, the variant selection will occur. The results show that the maximum texture density of 偽 phase on {0001} polar graph is obviously higher than that of 尾 phase on (0001) polar graph.
