【摘要】：鈦合金和不銹鋼異種金屬焊接在石油、化工和航空等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。由于它們的物理性能和化學(xué)性能存在諸多差異,焊接時難以獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)的焊接接頭。本文對鈦合金和不銹鋼異種金屬焊接時存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并從熔焊、釬焊和壓力焊等方面對鈦/鋼異種金屬焊接方法的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹。
[Abstract]:Titanium alloy and stainless steel dissimilar metal welding has been widely used in petroleum, chemical and aviation fields. Because of many differences in physical and chemical properties, it is difficult to obtain high-quality welded joints during welding. In this paper, the problems existing in the welding of titanium alloy and stainless steel dissimilar metals are analyzed, and the research status of titanium / steel dissimilar metal welding methods is introduced from the aspects of fusion welding, brazing and pressure welding.
