基于飛秒激光微納技術(shù)的多功能鋁箔的制備及應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Femtosecond laser, as a non-contact machining method, has become an important micro-/ nano-machining technology because of its advantages of very short pulse length, ultra-high instantaneous power and minimal heat-affected zone when interacting with matter. In this paper, micro-porous and ultra-thin aluminum foil with unique surface micro-and nano-structure was prepared by using femtosecond laser micro-nano-machining method through reasonable design of processing parameters. It can be applied to oil-water separation and particle separation successfully, and has a very high practical application prospect. The main contents of this paper include the following parts: (1) because the mechanism between femtosecond laser and matter involves a variety of disciplines, it is a very complex process, and the current theory can not predict the dynamic processing process of femtosecond laser. Here we study the mechanism of the interaction between femtosecond laser and aluminum foil, and through a large number of experiments, Microporous arrays with good surface quality and consistency were successfully fabricated on the surface of ultra-thin aluminum foil. (2) the microporous ultra-thin aluminum foil with different pore sizes and spacing in the air was systematically studied. The wettability of reclaimed water and oil in water, The microporous and ultra-thin aluminum foil with super hydrophilicity in air and ultra-hydrophobic oil in water was successfully prepared and applied to the separation of oil and water mixture by using the aluminum foil with different wettability to water and oil. At the same time, in view of the defect that only a small amount of mixture can be separated in vertical oil-water separation, two different separation devices are designed. The continuous separation and collection of oil-water mixture with large flow rate can be achieved. (3) because the pore diameter and spacing of micro-porous aluminum foil are controllable, by adjusting the processing parameters of femtosecond laser, we have fabricated aluminum foil with specific micro-pore size. Because the microfluidic chip has the advantages of micro, high integration, fast reaction and low sample consumption, two kinds of microfluidic chips are designed and fabricated, and the aluminum foil is integrated into the microfluidic chip to realize the size-based particle separation function. It has very high separation efficiency.
