基于LabVIEW和小波分析的高精度X射線測厚系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在金屬板材生產(chǎn)中,測厚系統(tǒng)的測量精度直接影響板材產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。為了滿足汽車、船舶、房地產(chǎn)等高端領(lǐng)域?qū)饘侔宀母哔|(zhì)量的要求,精度高、響應(yīng)快的在線測厚系統(tǒng)的研究顯得十分重要。在線測厚系統(tǒng)在金屬板材生產(chǎn)過程中主要作用是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品厚度的在線測量及監(jiān)控,以達(dá)到板材產(chǎn)品測厚高精度的要求。本課題研發(fā)了一套應(yīng)用于中小型冷軋現(xiàn)場的高精度X射線在線測厚系統(tǒng)。為了提高系統(tǒng)的測量精度,文中從改善X射線電源性能、厚度數(shù)據(jù)去噪算法和系統(tǒng)抗電磁干擾能力三個(gè)方面做出詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。⑴X射線電源設(shè)計(jì)采用全橋移相控制軟開關(guān)技術(shù),并使用了集成穩(wěn)壓與雙向倍壓整流兩個(gè)模塊,提升了輸出電壓且減少輸出紋波。⑵系統(tǒng)利用MATLAB小波工具箱引入小波分析對厚度數(shù)據(jù)去噪處理,提高數(shù)據(jù)精度,充分發(fā)揮MATLAB在工程運(yùn)用中的優(yōu)勢。⑶針對工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的電磁干擾,系統(tǒng)從軟硬件兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行加固,提高了系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,保證測量精度。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中采用虛擬儀器-LabVIEW搭建的上位機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了厚度數(shù)據(jù)及波形在線顯示、歷史數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與查詢等功能,并設(shè)有超值報(bào)警系統(tǒng)。下位機(jī)采樣控制系統(tǒng)則采用DSP2812控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)對X射線電源的控制和厚度數(shù)據(jù)的采樣。本系統(tǒng)完成了樣機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)及測試,提高了X射線測厚系統(tǒng)對金屬板材厚度測量精度,滿足了冷軋現(xiàn)場對板材厚度的測量要求。
[Abstract]:In the sheet metal production, the measuring precision of the thickness measuring system directly affects the quality of the sheet product. In order to meet the high-end field of automobile, ship, real estate and so on, the research of on-line thickness measurement system, which has high quality, high precision and quick response, is very important. The main function of on-line thickness measurement system in the process of sheet metal production is to realize on-line measurement and monitoring of product thickness in order to meet the requirements of high accuracy of thickness measurement of sheet metal products. In this paper, a high precision X-ray on-line thickness measurement system is developed for small and medium-sized cold rolling site. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the system, a detailed design is made from the aspects of improving the performance of X-ray power supply, the denoising algorithm of thickness data and the anti-electromagnetic interference capability of the system. 1the full-bridge phase-shift control soft-switching technology is used in the design of X-ray power supply. The two modules of integrated voltage stabilization and bi-directional voltage doubling rectifier are used to improve the output voltage and reduce the output ripple. 2 the system uses MATLAB wavelet toolbox to introduce wavelet analysis to de-noising the thickness data and improve the data precision. The advantages of MATLAB in engineering application are brought into full play. 3 in view of electromagnetic interference in industrial field, the system is strengthened from two aspects of hardware and software, which improves the stability of the system and ensures the precision of measurement. In the design of the system, a virtual instrument-LabVIEW is used to realize the functions of on-line display of thickness data and waveform, storage and query of historical data, and a super-value alarm system. The sampling control system of the lower computer adopts DSP2812 controller to realize the control of X-ray power supply and the sampling of thickness data. This system has completed the design and test of the prototype, improved the precision of measuring the thickness of sheet metal by the X-ray thickness measuring system, and satisfied the requirement of measuring the thickness of the sheet in cold rolling field.
