船用鈦合金表面氧化處理工藝研究

【摘要】:基于鈦合金優(yōu)良的性能,已廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、化工、船舶等領(lǐng)域,但其表面的耐磨、耐蝕性等還不能滿足某些關(guān)鍵零部件的要求。微弧氧化技術(shù)是一種在鋁、鎂、鈦等有色金屬及其合金表面原位生長(zhǎng)氧化膜的新技術(shù),利用該技術(shù)制備的氧化膜具有耐腐蝕、耐磨、硬度高和電絕緣等優(yōu)良特性。本文闡述了微弧氧化的基本原理,系統(tǒng)研究了船用鈦合金微弧氧化的電源參數(shù)、電解液配方、工藝等,并明確了氧化膜層質(zhì)量檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:Based on the excellent properties of titanium alloy, it has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, chemical industry, ship and other fields, but its surface wear resistance, corrosion resistance and so on can not meet the requirements of some key parts. Micro-arc oxidation technology is a new technology for in-situ growth of oxidation film on the surface of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium, titanium and its alloys. The oxide film prepared by this technology has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high hardness and electrical insulation. In this paper, the basic principle of micro-arc oxidation is described, the power parameters, electrolyte formula and process of micro-arc oxidation of marine titanium alloy are systematically studied, and the testing items of oxidation film quality are defined.
