擠壓工藝參數(shù)對拐角長懸臂空心鋁型材出口截面流速和溫度分布的影響

【摘要】:以拐角長懸臂空心鋁型材為例,使用Hyper Xtrude分析軟件對其擠壓過程進行數(shù)值模擬,設(shè)計正交試驗研究了擠壓速度、棒料預(yù)熱溫度、擠壓筒預(yù)熱溫度、模具預(yù)熱溫度、棒料直徑、棒料長度等工藝參數(shù)對型材出口截面流速均方差(SDV)和溫度均方差(SDT)的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:通過極差分析及再次模擬確定最優(yōu)方案為:擠壓速度1 mm·s~(-1),棒料預(yù)熱溫度440℃,擠壓筒預(yù)熱溫度420℃,模具預(yù)熱溫度400℃,棒料直徑Φ150 mm,棒料長度450 mm,對應(yīng)的SDV與SDT分別僅為1.3680和1.9130,保證擠出型材獲得高的綜合質(zhì)量。通過方差分析得到擠壓速度對SDV的影響度及棒料預(yù)熱溫度對SDT的影響度分別高達67.50%和76.41%,定量地表明擠壓速度和棒料預(yù)熱溫度分別是影響型材外觀質(zhì)量和內(nèi)部組織的最主要工藝參數(shù)。工廠擠壓出的合格產(chǎn)品驗證了最優(yōu)方案的可靠性。
