熱誘發(fā)馬氏體對CoAl和CoNi合金形狀記憶效應的作用(英文)

【摘要】:為了明確熱HCP馬氏體對CoAl和CoNi合金形狀記憶效應的作用,研究CoAl和CoNi合金形狀記憶效應(SME)與應力誘發(fā)馬氏體和熱HCP馬氏體之間的關(guān)系。采用原位金相觀察合金深冷前后熱誘發(fā)馬氏體的變化,并研究其對應力誘發(fā)馬氏體和形狀記憶效應的影響。結(jié)果表明,CoAl和CoNi合金的形狀記憶效應都來源于應力誘發(fā)HCP馬氏體,熱馬氏體對兩者形狀記憶效應的貢獻都是強化基體。CoAl合金形狀記憶效應高于CoNi合金的原因是Al原子對基體更強的固溶強化作用導致CoAl合金基體強度高于CoNi合金強度。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the effect of hot HCP martensite on shape memory effect in CoAl and CoNi alloys, the relationship between the shape memory effect (SME) and stress-induced martensite and thermal HCP martensite in CoAl and CoNi alloys was studied. In situ metallography was used to observe the changes of thermal induced martensite before and after cryogenic, and to study the effect of the corresponding force on the effect of martensite and shape memory. The results show that the shape memory effect of both CoAl and CoNi alloys originates from stress-induced HCP martensite. The contribution of hot martensite to the shape memory effect of both alloys is the strengthening of matrix. The reason that the shape memory effect of CoAl alloy is higher than that of CoNi alloy is that the matrix strength of CoAl alloy is higher than that of CoNi alloy due to the stronger solution strengthening effect of Al atom on the matrix.
