有機緩蝕劑的緩蝕性能及其復(fù)配性能研究

【摘要】:隨著水資源短缺和污染日趨嚴重,對工業(yè)水處理技術(shù)提出挑戰(zhàn)。由于使用有機磷酸類化合物作為水處理阻垢劑,會引起磷對環(huán)境水域的富營養(yǎng)化,促進菌藻生長而造成水源污染。因此,綠色水處理技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,聚環(huán)氧琥珀酸為代表的綠色水處理阻垢劑已成為當前最有代表性的阻垢劑產(chǎn)品發(fā)展方向。此外,緩蝕劑對金屬防腐蝕具有很大作用,本文旨在研究有機含氮類緩蝕劑在酸性條件下對金屬的緩蝕作用,以期得到幾類緩蝕劑及其配方的協(xié)同作用。本文以順丁烯二酸酐為原料,合成了新型綠色阻垢劑聚環(huán)氧琥珀酸(PESA),并對其結(jié)構(gòu)進行紅外表征。利用靜態(tài)阻垢法評價了PESA的阻垢性能,為PESA的阻垢性提供了理論和實驗上的依據(jù)。實驗得出單獨使用PESA的最佳投加量,并通過研究PESA與PBTC、HEDP、118A和8483復(fù)配協(xié)同作用,得出了以PESA為主劑的最佳配方,使配方阻垢率可達98.8%。本文在醋酸、醋酸與對氨基苯磺酸復(fù)合摻雜的條件下,以苯胺及其衍生物為主要原料,制備了水溶性聚苯胺,從反應(yīng)物的配比(摩爾比),單體與氧化劑濃度,以及反應(yīng)溫度、引發(fā)劑等因素的影響出發(fā),通過緩蝕性能研究確定了合成條件。其中,HAc摻雜水溶性聚苯胺的合成條件為:以醋酸為引發(fā)劑,反應(yīng)的最佳條件是:苯胺與衍生物的摩爾比為1:3,單體濃度為0.5mol/L,過硫酸銨與單體的摩爾比為0.8:1,反應(yīng)溫度為5℃。HAc/SAA摻雜水溶性聚苯胺的合成條件為:以醋酸、對氨基苯磺酸的復(fù)合物為引發(fā)劑,得到了反應(yīng)最佳條件是:苯胺與衍生物的摩爾比為1:3,單體濃度為0.5mol/L,過硫酸銨與苯胺單體的摩爾比為0.8:1,當反應(yīng)溫度為0℃時,制得的水溶性聚苯胺對碳鋼的緩蝕率可達到85.6%。考察了HAc/SAA摻雜的水溶性聚苯胺與其它緩蝕劑復(fù)配作用,結(jié)果表明,復(fù)配后緩蝕效果提高,六次甲基四胺與HAc/SAA摻雜水溶性聚苯胺的復(fù)配,緩蝕效率可達93.2%。本文通過失重法和極化曲線等方法研究硫脲、氨基硫脲及其HAc/SAA-PANI復(fù)配物在酸性腐蝕體系中對碳鋼和不銹鋼的緩蝕性能。通過在酸性溶液中不同的掛片時間,不同的掛片溫度,不同的緩蝕劑濃度的研究,尋找出單一硫脲及氨基硫脲的最佳緩蝕時間、溫度及最佳緩蝕濃度。并且對硫脲和氨基硫脲對不同材料緩蝕性能的比較,得出硫脲較氨基硫脲對碳鋼和不銹鋼的緩蝕性好。還考察了40℃條件下,硫脲、氨基硫脲及其相應(yīng)的復(fù)配物對兩種金屬材料的緩蝕性能,結(jié)果表明,硫脲及其與HAc/SAA-PANI復(fù)配物對碳鋼、不銹鋼的緩蝕性能均優(yōu)于氨基硫脲及其復(fù)配物。
[Abstract]:With the shortage and pollution of water resources becoming more and more serious, the technology of industrial water treatment is challenged. The use of organophosphoric acid compounds as scale inhibitor for water treatment will lead to eutrophication of phosphorus in environmental waters and promote the growth of bacteria and algae and lead to water pollution. Therefore, the green water treatment technology is developing rapidly, and the green water treatment inhibitor represented by polyepoxy succinic acid has become the most representative development direction of scale inhibitor products. In addition, the corrosion inhibitor has a great effect on metal corrosion. The purpose of this paper is to study the corrosion inhibition of organic nitrogen-containing corrosion inhibitors on metals under acidic conditions, in order to obtain several kinds of corrosion inhibitors and their synergistic effects. In this paper, a new green scale inhibitor, poly (epoxy succinic acid) (PESA), was synthesized from maleic anhydride and its structure was characterized by IR. The scale inhibition performance of PESA is evaluated by static scale inhibition method, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for scale inhibition of PESA. By studying the synergistic effect of PESA, PBTC,HEDP,118A and 8483, the optimum formulation of PESA as the main agent is obtained, and the scale inhibition rate of the formula can reach 98.8%. In this paper, water-soluble Polyaniline was prepared from aniline and its derivatives under the condition of acetic acid, acetic acid and p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid as the main raw materials. The ratio of reactants (molar ratio), the concentration of monomer and oxidant, and the reaction temperature were studied. Based on the influence of the initiator and other factors, the synthetic conditions were determined through the study of corrosion inhibition performance. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of water-soluble Polyaniline doped with HAc are as follows: the molar ratio of aniline to derivative is 1: 3, and the monomer concentration is 0.5 mol / L, using acetic acid as initiator. The molar ratio of ammonium persulfate to monomer is 0.8: 1 and the reaction temperature is 5 鈩,
