含稀土AZ31鎂合金熱壓縮變形行為及加工圖

【摘要】:在變形溫度為250~400℃和應(yīng)變速率為0.01~10s~(-1)的條件下,采用Gleeble-1500D熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)含稀土AZ31鎂合金進(jìn)行等溫恒應(yīng)變速率熱壓縮試驗(yàn),獲得了其真應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線。確定了該合金在穩(wěn)態(tài)應(yīng)力下的Arrhenius流動(dòng)應(yīng)力模型參數(shù),并基于動(dòng)態(tài)材料模型理論(DMM)建立了其熱加工圖。結(jié)果表明,該合金的流動(dòng)應(yīng)力隨應(yīng)變速率的升高和溫度的降低而增大。結(jié)合熱加工圖和顯微組織演化分析,確定其適宜的熱成形工藝區(qū)域有兩個(gè):0.03~0.8s~(-1),250~325℃和0.01~0.9s~(-1),350~400℃。
