【摘要】：針對(duì)目前鋼錠鑄造成形時(shí)常用的"瞬時(shí)充型、溫度均勻"假設(shè)條件,提出一種基于正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)值模擬及響應(yīng)面法的鑄造成形過程影響因素模擬與優(yōu)化分析方法。以材料Cr5鋼的6t鋼錠鑄造過程為研究對(duì)象,采用試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)值模擬方法獲取試驗(yàn)樣本數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用極差分析得到各因素對(duì)響應(yīng)指標(biāo)的主次順序�；陔p三次插值算法的響應(yīng)面建模方法,建立換熱系數(shù)及預(yù)熱溫度與響應(yīng)指標(biāo)的回歸響應(yīng)面模型�；陧憫�(yīng)面函數(shù)建立了一種對(duì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行局部敏感性分析的方法,以修正試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明:為保證鑄造成形過程影響因素模擬的精度和可靠性,提高鋼錠的鑄造質(zhì)量,應(yīng)考慮充型過程溫度場變化對(duì)凝固過程的影響。
[Abstract]:In view of the assumption of "instantaneous filling and uniform temperature" commonly used in ingot casting at present, a simulation and optimization analysis method for influencing factors of casting process based on orthogonal test design, numerical simulation and response surface method is proposed. Taking the casting process of 6t ingot of Cr5 steel as the research object, the test sample data were obtained by means of experimental design and numerical simulation, and the order of each factor to the response index was obtained by means of range analysis. The regression response surface model of heat transfer coefficient, preheating temperature and response index is established based on the response surface modeling method of the bicubic interpolation algorithm. Based on the response surface function, a method for local sensitivity analysis of parameters is established to correct the experimental results. The results show that in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the simulation of the influencing factors of the casting forming process and to improve the casting quality of the ingot, the effect of the temperature field during the filling process on the solidification process should be considered.
