鍛造比對(duì)H13模具鋼晶粒組織遺傳規(guī)律的影響

【摘要】:為探究鍛造比對(duì)H13模具鋼晶粒組織遺傳性的影響,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下對(duì)H13模具鋼進(jìn)行真空冶煉,并加工成鍛造比不同的鍛件。觀察鍛造前后、不同鍛造比下以及鍛件在進(jìn)行860℃等溫球化退火后的金相組織變化。研究結(jié)果表明:鍛造比為1時(shí),經(jīng)等溫球化退火后H13模具鋼晶粒保持了原試樣的組織形態(tài),具有明顯的遺傳現(xiàn)象;隨著鍛造比的增大,晶粒度增加,晶粒細(xì)化,晶粒組織的遺傳性減弱;當(dāng)鍛造比為4時(shí),晶粒度達(dá)到8.1,達(dá)到超細(xì)晶粒等級(jí),晶粒組織的遺傳現(xiàn)象基本消除;隨著鍛造比的增大,晶粒破碎明顯增加,弱化了其組織的遺傳性。
