Zn-7Mg合金熱處理顯微組織演變及耐蝕性能研究

【摘要】:研究了可降解Zn-7Mg合金經(jīng)不同時(shí)間熱處理后的顯微組織演變及耐蝕性能。設(shè)計(jì)了鋅鎂合金Zn-7Mg材料,通過改變熱處理時(shí)間獲得Mg_2Zn_(11)相。通過EDS和ICP確定了鋅鎂合金的成分,運(yùn)用OM和SEM分析合金的微觀組織,利用XRD譜表征合金的物相組成,采用電化學(xué)方法測(cè)試合金的耐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,Zn-7Mg合金在鑄態(tài)時(shí)主要由α-Zn和MgZn_2兩相組成,熱處理時(shí)包晶反應(yīng)迅速發(fā)生。Zn-7Mg合金熱處理后的平衡組織為Mg_2Zn_(11)相和少量殘余的Mg Zn2相;電化學(xué)開路電位和電化學(xué)阻抗譜分析表明,Mg_2Zn_(11)在PBS溶液中的耐腐蝕性能較純Zn差,在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)避免Mg_2Zn_(11)的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:The microstructure evolution and corrosion resistance of degradable Zn-7Mg alloy after different time heat treatment were studied. Zinc magnesium alloy Zn-7Mg material was designed and Mg_2Zn_ (11) phase was obtained by changing heat treatment time. The composition of zinc-magnesium alloy was determined by EDS and ICP, the microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by OM and SEM, the phase composition of the alloy was characterized by XRD spectrum, and the corrosion resistance of the alloy was measured by electrochemical method. The results show that the as-cast Zn-7Mg alloy is mainly composed of 偽-Zn and MgZn_2 phases, and the peritectic reaction occurs rapidly during heat treatment. The equilibrium structure of Zn-7Mg alloy after heat treatment is Mg_2Zn_ (11) phase and a small amount of residual Mg Zn2 phase. Electrochemical open-circuit potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that the corrosion resistance of Mg_2Zn_ (11) in PBS solution was worse than that of pure Zn, and the production of Mg_2Zn_ (11) should be avoided in practical production.
