時效對富鎳Ti-50.7at%Ni形狀記憶合金馬氏體多步相變行為的影響

【摘要】:采用DSC(差示掃描量熱法)熱循環(huán)研究了Ti-50.7at%Ni形狀記憶合金經時效處理后馬氏體多步相變演化行為和相變機制。結果表明:合金在250、400、550℃時效1 h水冷后,相變?yōu)锽2→R,R→M1(沉淀相附近)和R→M2(母相附近)三階段相變;700℃時效后,相變?yōu)锽2→M一階段相變。400℃時效時合金析出的沉淀相Ti3Ni4最多,使Ms(B2→M的起始溫度)升至32℃,Af(M→B2的終了溫度)升至50℃,馬氏體相變溫度是由沉淀相Ti3Ni4的析出速率和組織的回復進程共同決定的。
