空心鋁型材數(shù)值模擬及橫向焊縫規(guī)律的研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, numerical simulation method, experimental design method and statistics are used to analyze and study the influence of extrusion die structure parameters and extrusion process parameters on the extrusion process and the quality of extrusion parts. Through the combination of simulation and experimental analysis, the flow law of the surface metal and the distribution law of the transverse weld in the extrusion process are studied, and the influence of the distribution region of the transverse weld on the quality of the extruded part is systematically analyzed. The main contents are as follows: through the numerical analysis of the velocity field in the extrusion process of the extruded parts of the train equipment cabin, the velocity mean square deviation of all the nodes in the section at the exit is obtained, and the velocity at the exit of the profile can be found to be more uniform; The numerical analysis of die temperature field and the reason of temperature change in each stage are analyzed in detail. Based on the orthogonal test method combined with numerical simulation method and statistical analysis method, the influences of die structure parameters and extrusion process parameters on the bending deformation defects of the extruded parts in the cabin of train equipment were studied, and on the basis of this, the die was optimized. By means of numerical simulation and experimental analysis of microstructure, the formation rule of transverse weld of the product was studied systematically, and the influence of transverse weld on product quality was analyzed in microcosmic angle.
