鈦表面等離子體電解氧化制備的Ca-P-Si生物活性陶瓷膜的電化學(xué)性能

【摘要】:采用等離子體電解氧化法在鈦表面制備Ca-P-Si生物活性陶瓷氧化膜。將純鈦及等離子體電解氧化后純鈦兩種樣品分別浸在37℃的Hank模擬體液中,用電化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析其電化學(xué)性能。動(dòng)電位極化曲線和交流阻抗結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過等離子體電解氧化處理后純鈦的自腐蝕電位升高了0.7V,經(jīng)過28d的浸泡,微弧氧化處理后鈦的阻抗值仍接近未處理時(shí)的1.5倍。微孤氧化陶瓷膜提高鈦基體耐腐蝕性能歸因于外層的羥基磷灰石層及微弧氧化的致密內(nèi)層形成隔離層將基體與溶液隔離,起到了抗腐蝕作用。
