基于數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)方法測(cè)試Cr12MoV鋼的斷裂韌性

【摘要】:將數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)方法用于測(cè)量含Ⅰ型裂紋Cr12MoV鋼的斷裂韌性。搭建了數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)方法非接觸光學(xué)測(cè)試系統(tǒng),通過(guò)進(jìn)行三點(diǎn)彎曲試驗(yàn),得到了Cr12MoV鋼試件裂紋尖端的位移場(chǎng)。從位移場(chǎng)提取了裂紋嘴張開位移,并通過(guò)P-V曲線得到Ⅰ型裂紋Cr12MoV鋼的斷裂韌性。將實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)COD引伸計(jì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,誤差不超過(guò)10%,證明該方法是準(zhǔn)確的。
[Abstract]:The digital image correlation method is used to measure the fracture toughness of Cr12MoV steel with mode I cracks. A digital image correlation method non-contact optical measurement system is built. The displacement field at the crack tip of Cr12MoV steel specimen is obtained by three point bending test. The crack opening displacement was extracted from the displacement field and the fracture toughness of mode I cracked Cr12MoV steel was obtained by P-V curve. The experimental results are compared with those of the traditional COD extensometer, and the error is not more than 10. It is proved that the method is accurate.
