退火處理對(duì)變形鎂鋰合金顯微組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)Mg-4Li和Mg-6Li合金進(jìn)行熱擠壓處理后,在不同溫度下進(jìn)行退火,研究退火工藝對(duì)合金顯微組織與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)290℃熱擠壓后,Mg-4Li合金中α相產(chǎn)生了局部再結(jié)晶,而Mg-6Li合金中的β相優(yōu)先于α相基本完成再結(jié)晶。與Mg-4Li合金相比,由于β相的存在,Mg-6Li合金完全再結(jié)晶的退火溫度可降低至200℃,并且擠壓及退火態(tài)Mg-6Li合金的硬度也降低。
