新型超高強鈦合金TB17銑削加工表面完整性試驗研究

【摘要】:采用硬質(zhì)合金刀具對TB17鈦合金進行銑削加工試驗,研究了刀具前角、后角和螺旋角對鈦合金加工表面完整性的影響。結(jié)果表明:在試驗參數(shù)范圍內(nèi),TB17鈦合金銑削加工表面均呈現(xiàn)為殘余壓應力;前角增大,表面粗糙度和表面顯微硬度增加,表面殘余壓應力先減小后增加;表面粗糙度和表面殘余壓應力均隨著后角的增大而減小;螺旋角增大,表面粗糙度和表面殘余壓應力均呈現(xiàn)出先減小后增加的趨勢;TB17鈦合金銑削加工表面形貌由均勻間隔突起的棱脊與深淺不一的溝槽組成,刀具幾何參數(shù)和刀具磨損狀態(tài)會對加工表面形貌產(chǎn)生顯著的影響。
[Abstract]:The milling experiments of TB17 titanium alloy were carried out with cemented carbide cutting tools. The effects of cutting tool front angle, rear angle and spiral angle on the surface integrity of titanium alloy were studied. The results show that, in the range of test parameters, the milling surfaces of TB17 titanium alloy show residual compressive stress, the surface roughness and microhardness increase with the increase of the front angle, and the residual compressive stress of the surface decreases first and then increases. The surface roughness and residual compressive stress decrease with the increase of the rear angle, and the surface roughness and residual compressive stress decrease first and then increase with the increase of the spiral angle. The surface morphology of TB17 titanium alloy milling is composed of ridges with uniform intervals and grooves of different depths. The geometric parameters of the cutting tools and the tool wear state have a significant effect on the surface morphology of the machined surface.
