溶膠凝膠法制備304鋼表面陶瓷涂層的耐蝕性研究

【摘要】:目的提高304不銹鋼表面的耐蝕性。方法選取304不銹鋼為基體,采用溶膠凝膠法,制備陶瓷涂層。以異丙醇鋁為前驅體制備Al2O3溶膠。通過XRD對干凝膠粉末進行物相分析,并對陶瓷涂層的耐腐蝕性能進行了研究,分析了制備溶膠的原料配比、膠溶劑的加入量、不同燒結溫度對陶瓷涂層表面形貌和耐腐蝕性能的影響。結果 n異丙醇鋁:n無水乙醇:n去離子=1:1:100、水浴溫度70℃、p H=4~5時攪拌制備出的溶膠,在600℃下保溫30 min可制備出無裂紋、均勻、高純、表面質量良好的陶瓷涂層,陶瓷涂層為高純的Al2O3。結論陶瓷涂層在Na Cl溶液和鹽霧中表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的耐蝕性。
