多種圓坯規(guī)格的無縫鋼管坯料設計模型與算法

【摘要】:針對無縫鋼管板坯原料庫中存在多種圓坯規(guī)格的情況,建立了多目標混合整數線性規(guī)劃模型;通過三劃分問題的多項式歸結,證明了該問題具有NP難的特性。根據問題的性質,設計了兩階段算法對問題進行求解。第一階段定義并利用訂單自由度將全部訂單依次放入圓坯中;第二階段提出圓坯合并準則對圓坯進行有序合并。通過生產數據和仿真實驗證明了算法的有效性和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:In view of the existence of many kinds of circular billet specifications in the seamless steel tube slab raw material bank, a multi-objective mixed integer linear programming model is established, and the problem is proved to be NP difficult by polynomial resolution of the three-partition problem. According to the nature of the problem, a two-stage algorithm is designed to solve the problem. In the first stage, the order degree of freedom is used to put all the orders into the billet in turn, and in the second stage, the rule of combining the round billet is proposed to combine the billet orderly. The validity and stability of the algorithm are proved by production data and simulation experiments.
