【摘要】：針對(duì)PCBN刀具車(chē)削鎳基高溫合金GH4169中顫振對(duì)加工效率和質(zhì)量的影響,建立一種根據(jù)切削參數(shù)有效判定切削狀態(tài)的方法。首先建立了二自由度外圓車(chē)削再生顫振模型,然后利用錘擊法對(duì)數(shù)控車(chē)床的刀具系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模態(tài)試驗(yàn),測(cè)定了1階頻率、模態(tài)阻尼、模態(tài)剛度、模態(tài)質(zhì)量等模態(tài)參數(shù);設(shè)計(jì)了二自由度外圓車(chē)削再生顫振MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果預(yù)測(cè)了穩(wěn)定極限切削深度和顫振的主振方向。最后利用PCBN刀具進(jìn)行變切深試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,仿真模型正確。
[Abstract]:In view of the effect of flutter on machining efficiency and quality in turning nickel base superalloy GH4169 with PCBN tool, a method of determining cutting state according to cutting parameters is established. Firstly, the regenerative flutter model of two degrees of freedom outer circle turning is established, and then the modal parameters such as first-order frequency, modal damping, modal stiffness and modal mass are measured by using hammering method to carry out modal tests on the tool system of NC lathe. The MATLAB/Simulink simulation model of regenerative chatter in two degree of freedom outer circle turning is designed, and the stable limit cutting depth and the main vibration direction of chatter are predicted according to the simulation results. Finally, the PCBN tool is used to carry out the experiment of varying cutting depth. The experimental results show that the simulation model is correct.
