體育器材用鎂基型材擠壓工藝研究與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了改善體育器材用鎂基合金型材的塑韌性和強(qiáng)度,基于織構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的分析結(jié)果,采用不同的擠壓溫度、擠壓速度和擠壓比對(duì)Mg-Al-Sn-In新型鎂合金型材擠壓工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,在試驗(yàn)條件下,隨擠壓溫度從300℃提高到400℃,型材的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度均先提高后下降,斷后伸長率先提高后基本不變;隨擠壓速度從1m/min增大到3 m/min或擠壓比從10增大到20,型材的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和斷后伸長率均先提高后下降。與300℃擠壓相比,375℃擠壓型材的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和斷后伸長率分別增加27%、62%、201%;(0002)基面的織構(gòu)最大值減小27%。型材的擠壓工藝優(yōu)選為:擠壓溫度375℃,擠壓速度2.5 m/min,擠壓比13。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the ductility and strength of magnesium based alloy profiles for sports equipment, different extrusion temperatures were adopted based on the analysis results of texture and mechanical properties.
