彈性應(yīng)力對復(fù)合防腐涂層防護性能的影響

【摘要】:為研究海洋工程防腐涂層在海水環(huán)境和結(jié)構(gòu)力學響應(yīng)聯(lián)合作用下的防腐功能退化規(guī)律,分析了彈性應(yīng)力對Q235鋼板/復(fù)合防腐涂層在人工海水中的電化學阻抗譜的影響規(guī)律;同時,采用熱力學方法分析了應(yīng)力對水在涂層中擴散系數(shù)的影響,并對涂層中非擴散性水分含量的影響進行了探討.結(jié)果表明:拉應(yīng)力能夠顯著地減小涂層電阻,增大涂層吸水量,加快電解質(zhì)溶液在涂層內(nèi)部的擴散速率,而壓應(yīng)力的影響相對較小;針對所研究的涂層體系,焓對涂層中水擴散速率的影響比熵更加顯著,同時涂層中非擴散性水分含量的增大能夠減小水的擴散系數(shù).
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of anticorrosion function degradation of marine engineering anticorrosive coatings under the combined action of seawater environment and structural mechanical response, the effect of elastic stress on electrochemical impedance spectrum of Q235 steel plate / composite anticorrosive coating in artificial seawater was analyzed. At the same time, the influence of stress on the diffusion coefficient of water in the coating was analyzed by thermodynamic method, and the influence of non-diffusible water content on the coating was discussed. The results show that the tensile stress can significantly reduce the resistance of the coating, increase the water absorption of the coating, accelerate the diffusion rate of electrolyte solution inside the coating, but the influence of compressive stress is relatively small. The effect of enthalpy on the diffusion rate of water in the coating is more significant than that of entropy, and the increase of non-diffusible water content in the coating can reduce the diffusion coefficient of water.
