熱處理工藝對700L鋼沖擊韌性的影響

【摘要】:采用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡等方法研究了不同熱處理工藝對700L汽車大梁鋼沖擊性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:低溫退火處理對700L鋼的沖擊性能影響明顯。在低于400℃退火時(shí),鋼板組織變化不明顯,但沖擊性能相較原板有所提高,在高于550℃退火時(shí),鋼板組織發(fā)生細(xì)微變化,沖擊性能有所惡化。其中在200℃退火后,抗拉強(qiáng)度降低了約2.6 MPa,但-40℃沖擊吸收功提高了28 J,伸長率提高了1.28%。奧氏體化熱處理對700L鋼的沖擊性能有明顯影響。原板經(jīng)奧氏體化不同冷卻工藝熱處理之后,空冷后的鋼板擁有最佳的沖擊性能,其-40℃沖擊吸收功相較原板提高了約202 J,組織主要由鐵素體與少量的貝氏體與M/A島組成,透射電鏡表征表明,鐵素體區(qū)幾乎沒有位錯(cuò),而位錯(cuò)主要集中在少量的貝氏體與M/A島中,這可能是空冷后鋼板沖擊韌性最好的一個(gè)原因。
