電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法測定高純鐵中21種元素時的基體效應(yīng)

【摘要】:對用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法測定純鐵中21種元素(包括Li、Be、B、Al、Ti、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn等),通過加入高純鐵作為基體,試驗考察了不同量的鐵基體對上述被測元素的信號強度的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):鐵基體質(zhì)量濃度在40mg·L~(-1)以內(nèi)時,待測元素的相對信號強度與鐵基體濃度保持較好的線性關(guān)系;當鐵基體質(zhì)量濃度增大至400mg·L~(-1)時,除了Mn、Co兩元素外,鐵基體對其他待測元素均產(chǎn)生一定的抑制作用;趯(nèi)標元素的基體效應(yīng)分析,選擇與待測元素有相似基體效應(yīng)的內(nèi)標元素,以校正基體效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:For the determination of 21 elements (including Li,Be,B,Al,Ti,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn, etc.) in pure iron by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), high purity iron was added as matrix. The effect of different amounts of iron matrix on the signal intensity of the above measured elements was investigated. The results show that the relative signal intensity of the elements to be measured has a good linear relationship with the concentration of iron matrix when the mass concentration of iron base is within 40mg L ~ (-1). When the mass concentration of iron is increased to 400mg L ~ (-1), the iron matrix has a certain inhibitory effect on other elements to be tested, except for the two elements of Mn,Co. Based on the analysis of the matrix effect of the internal standard element, the matrix effect is corrected by selecting the internal standard element with the same matrix effect as the element under test.
