冷變形MP35N合金的時效強化機理

【摘要】:為研究MP35N合金時效強化規(guī)律及機制,對MP35N合金進行84.18%的冷軋變形后,進行時效處理研究.在萬能拉伸機上進行力學(xué)性能測試,用OM、SEM、TEM和EDS進行組織分析和微觀成分測試.實驗結(jié)果表明:在500℃時效4 h時,顯微硬度達到最大值704.26 HV,抗拉強度為2641.16 MPa,與冷軋態(tài)相比,分別提高了30.44%和37.41%;該合金經(jīng)時效后冷軋撕裂孔洞愈合,在400℃時效后出現(xiàn)了由34個厚度為3 nm左右的細小孿晶組成的"孿晶簇";溫度升高到500℃,孿晶尺寸變大、交錯,"孿晶簇"消失.未發(fā)現(xiàn)Mo原子在孿晶處處偏聚,時效過程中形成的納米級片狀孿晶起到主要的強化作用.
