【摘要】：高功率光纖激光器具有穩(wěn)定性好,光束質(zhì)量高,使用簡(jiǎn)便,維護(hù)成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在汽車、船舶和航空制造等行業(yè)已經(jīng)得到成功應(yīng)用。本文詳細(xì)討論了高功率光纖激光焊接薄板和中厚板材料的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了高功率光纖激光焊接的特點(diǎn),最后闡述了高功率光纖激光焊接目前存在的問題及在焊接應(yīng)用中的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:High power fiber laser has many advantages such as good stability, high beam quality, easy to use and low maintenance cost. It has been successfully applied in automobile, ship and aviation industry. In this paper, the research status of high power fiber laser welding sheet and plate material is discussed in detail, and the characteristics of high power fiber laser welding are analyzed. At last, the problems existing in high power fiber laser welding and the development trend in welding application are described.
