【摘要】：爆炸焊接作為一種特殊的焊接技術(shù),爆炸焊接得到的爆炸復(fù)合板可以由多種金屬的組合而成,除了爆炸復(fù)合板之外,也可以有多種形式,特別是爆炸復(fù)合板的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度高,再加工性能也比較強(qiáng),并且工藝簡(jiǎn)單,制造好的產(chǎn)品便宜實(shí)惠,現(xiàn)在爆炸復(fù)合板也已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用到石油化工行業(yè)、冶金制品、機(jī)械鑄造、航天航空等諸多行業(yè)中。我們本次主要研究的內(nèi)容發(fā)現(xiàn)爆炸復(fù)合板的結(jié)合界面還有裝藥量這兩者之間有關(guān)系。由于爆炸焊接的復(fù)合板之間有三種波形,希望通過(guò)研究達(dá)到小波狀或者微波狀來(lái)提高焊接質(zhì)量。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了結(jié)合界面與裝藥量他們之間有明顯的聯(lián)系。并且對(duì)可焊性窗口還有最佳裝藥量窗口的一些研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了不等厚度布藥方式存在的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。根據(jù)以上研究和對(duì)爆炸焊接復(fù)合板施工工藝的嚴(yán)格控制,我們找到了關(guān)于T10的最佳裝藥量窗口,和工程實(shí)際中的關(guān)于S30403/Q345R的實(shí)際應(yīng)用規(guī)范。并且獲得了較為突出的成果。
[Abstract]:Explosive welding is a special welding technology. The explosive composite plate obtained by explosive welding can be composed of a variety of metals. In addition to the explosive composite plate, it can also have many forms, especially the explosive composite plate has high bonding strength. Reprocessing performance is also relatively strong, and the process is simple, good products are cheap and affordable, explosive composite plate has been widely used in petrochemical industry, metallurgical products, mechanical casting, aerospace and many other industries. The main contents of our study show that there is a relationship between the interface of the explosive composite plate and the charge quantity. Because there are three kinds of waveforms between the explosive welded composite plates, it is hoped that the welding quality can be improved by studying the wavelet or microwave shape. It is found that there is an obvious relationship between the binding interface and the charge quantity. Some researches on solderability window and optimal charge window show the advantages of different thickness distribution. Based on the above research and strict control of the construction technology of explosive welded composite plate, we have found the optimal charge window for T10 and the practical application specification for S30403/Q345R in engineering practice. And has obtained the more outstanding achievement.
