開孔泡沫鎳的壓縮和吸能性能(英文)

【摘要】:研究在室溫條件下不同相對密度、不同預拉伸程度的泡沫鎳的準靜態(tài)壓縮性能。準確地測定包括屈服強度、彈性模量、能量吸收密度和能量吸收效率等壓縮性能。結(jié)果表明,屈服強度、彈性模量和能量吸收密度的壓縮性能隨著泡沫鎳的相對密度的增加而增加。壓縮性能對泡沫鎳基體的拉伸程度較為敏感,屈服強度、彈性模量和能量吸收密度隨著預拉伸程度的增加而降低。然而,能量吸收效率對相對密度和預拉伸程度并不敏感。能量吸收效率在坍塌平臺區(qū)末期達到最大值。
[Abstract]:The quasi-static compressive properties of nickel foams with different relative densities and different pretensile degrees at room temperature were studied. The compression properties including yield strength, elastic modulus, energy absorption density and energy absorption efficiency were measured accurately. The results show that the compressive properties of yield strength, elastic modulus and energy absorption density increase with the increase of the relative density of nickel foam. The compressive properties are sensitive to the tensile degree of nickel foam matrix. The yield strength, elastic modulus and energy absorption density decrease with the increase of pretension degree. However, energy absorption efficiency is not sensitive to relative density and pretension. The energy absorption efficiency reaches the maximum at the end of the collapse platform.
