焊后熱處理對新能源汽車6063-T5散熱器攪拌摩擦焊接頭力學性能的影響

【摘要】:采用攪拌摩擦焊(friction stir welding,FSW)方法進行了新能源汽車6063-T5鋁合金散熱器的焊接,并進行了525℃×2 h固溶,200℃×6 h時效的焊后熱處理,測試和分析了焊接接頭的拉伸性能和沖擊性能。結(jié)果表明,與母材相比,攪拌摩擦焊接頭的抗拉強度、屈服強度、斷后伸長率和沖擊吸收功分別達到母材的82%、89%、86%、90%;焊后熱處理接頭的的抗拉強度、屈服強度、斷后伸長率和沖擊吸收功分別達到母材的101%、104%、98%、113%。焊后熱處理明顯提高了接頭的力學性能。
