【摘要】：為解決機(jī)床資源共享中資源表述、存儲(chǔ)及與加工任務(wù)匹配等關(guān)鍵問題,提出基于本體的機(jī)床資源共享機(jī)制。采用本體對(duì)機(jī)床資源進(jìn)行語(yǔ)義化表述,增強(qiáng)其人機(jī)可讀性。采用分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)HBase對(duì)機(jī)床本體信息進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ),以高效存取為目的設(shè)計(jì)HBase表格,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)機(jī)床本體信息的存儲(chǔ)及高效查詢。提出基于加工任務(wù)的機(jī)床資源查詢策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)加工任務(wù)與共享資源的有效匹配。在存儲(chǔ)大量機(jī)床實(shí)例至數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的條件下,以車削加工任務(wù)為例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,通過提交該任務(wù)至該資源共享平臺(tái),獲得適合該任務(wù)的車床列表。結(jié)果表明,建立的機(jī)床本體模型及提出的資源信息存儲(chǔ)方案和資源查詢策略能夠滿足資源共享的需求,驗(yàn)證共享機(jī)制的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the key problems in machine tool resource sharing, such as resource representation, storage and matching with machining task, a mechanism of machine tool resource sharing based on ontology is proposed. The ontology is used to describe machine tool resources semantically to enhance its human-machine readability. The distributed database HBase is used to store the machine tool ontology information, and the HBase table is designed for the purpose of efficient access. The storage and efficient query of the machine tool ontology information are realized. A machine tool resource query strategy based on machining task is proposed to realize the effective matching between machining task and shared resource. Under the condition of storing a large number of machine tool instances to database, the lathe list suitable for this task is obtained by submitting the task to the resource sharing platform. The results show that the machine tool ontology model, the resource information storage scheme and the resource query strategy can meet the requirements of resource sharing, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the sharing mechanism.
