熱處理對(duì)Ni-TiN納米復(fù)合鍍層結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響

【摘要】:目的進(jìn)一步提高脈沖-超聲電沉積Ni-TiN納米復(fù)合鍍層的顯微硬度,改善鍍層的耐磨性。方法利用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、顯微硬度計(jì)、摩擦磨損儀器,對(duì)經(jīng)200~600℃熱處理后Ni-TiN納米復(fù)合鍍層的表面形貌、內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)、顯微硬度和磨損性能進(jìn)行檢測(cè),研究了熱處理方式對(duì)復(fù)合鍍層的表面形貌、晶相組織、顯微硬度和耐磨性的影響。結(jié)果經(jīng)300℃保溫1.5 h后的鍍層表面最為平整和光滑。同時(shí)鍍層開(kāi)始實(shí)現(xiàn)非晶態(tài)向晶態(tài)演變,并且鍍層硬度最高,其值高達(dá)815HV。隨熱處理溫度的升高,鍍層晶粒變大,表面平整度降低。經(jīng)600℃熱處理,保溫1.5h后,鍍層的耐磨性最佳,磨損量?jī)H為13.2 mg。結(jié)論經(jīng)熱處理之后,鍍層硬度得到一定程度的提高,主要是TiN納米粒子起到彌散和細(xì)晶強(qiáng)化作用。耐磨性得到有效改善,主要是由于鍍層韌性、鍍層和基體間的結(jié)合力得到提高,鍍層形成一層致密的氧化膜的原因。
