含鈧7085鋁合金的熱處理工藝

【摘要】:采用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、拉伸試驗、剝落腐蝕試驗等分析方法,研究了不同固溶、時效處理制度對含鈧7085鋁合金(Al-7.5Zn-1.5Mg-1.4Cu-0.15Zr-0.15Sc)強度和剝落腐蝕性能的影響。結果表明:與常規(guī)固溶處理和雙級固溶處理相比,強化固溶可使合金中粗大相溶解更充分,晶粒細化,同時提高合金強度和剝落腐蝕性能;在T6、T76、回歸再時效3種時效狀態(tài)下,T76時效后合金的強度和剝落腐蝕抗性最好,這與形成的粗大不連續(xù)的晶界析出相有關。含鈧7085鋁合金最佳固溶時效制度為:強化固溶(450℃×1 h+460℃×2 h+475℃×2 h)+T76時效(120℃×5 h+160℃×7 h)處理。
[Abstract]:Different solid solutions were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, tensile test, exfoliation corrosion test, etc. Effect of aging treatment on strength and peeling corrosion of 7085 aluminum alloy containing scandium. The results show that, compared with conventional solution treatment and two-stage solution treatment, strengthening solid solution can make the coarse phase dissolve more fully, the grain size is refined, and the strength and exfoliation corrosion property of the alloy are improved at the same time. The strength and exfoliation corrosion resistance of the alloy after T76 aging is the best under the three aging states of T6 and T76, which is related to the coarse discontinuous precipitated phase at grain boundary.
