特高壓鋼管塔薄壁管與高頸法蘭的手工MAG焊接培訓(xùn)工藝

【摘要】:特高壓輸電線路鋼管鐵塔是架空高壓輸電線路的重要組成部分,其焊接質(zhì)量已成為輸電線路整體質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)。由于管徑273 mm,壁厚≤6.0 mm的塔材的管徑和壁厚較小,對(duì)其與鍛造帶頸法蘭的焊接提出了新的難點(diǎn)。針對(duì)該焊接難點(diǎn),制定了手工V型坡口管對(duì)接水平轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)焊培訓(xùn)工藝。通過(guò)對(duì)焊接人員實(shí)施培訓(xùn),達(dá)到了嚴(yán)格控制薄壁管焊接工藝過(guò)程的目的,使焊縫一次合格率得到顯著提高。
