軋后冷卻對DP590熱軋雙相鋼組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:針對DP590熱軋雙相鋼,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室熱軋試驗(yàn),研究了卷取溫度、快冷溫度對熱軋雙相鋼顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響,對比分析了顯微組織中馬氏體的數(shù)量及形貌。結(jié)果顯示,快冷溫度提高,馬氏體含量顯著增加,同時抗拉強(qiáng)度升高,延伸率下降;試驗(yàn)鋼在550℃、600℃卷取時,隨著卷取溫度的升高,熱軋雙相鋼中馬氏體含量下降,抗拉強(qiáng)度下降明顯,伸長率提高。在600℃時得到的鐵素體和馬氏體比例合適,熱軋雙相鋼抗拉強(qiáng)度600 MPa,屈強(qiáng)比0.5左右,伸長率22%以上,綜合性能滿足要求。
[Abstract]:The effects of coiling temperature and rapid cooling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of DP590 hot rolled duplex steel were studied by hot rolling test in laboratory. The amount and morphology of martensite in microstructure were compared and analyzed. The results show that the content of martensite increases significantly and the tensile strength increases and the elongation decreases with the increase of rapid cooling temperature.
