冶金鋸片幾何參數(shù)測量系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:Geometric parameter measurement is an important content of mechanical product quality inspection and an important means to guarantee product quality. The precision and efficiency of measurement directly affect the production efficiency. With the development and progress of the mode of production, it is necessary to combine measuring instruments and measuring systems with high precision and high efficiency, so that it can meet the needs of modern industrial detection. With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing and steel industry, metallurgical saw blade is more and more widely used. The geometric parameter of saw blade is one of the important indexes of saw blade performance. The precision and efficiency of traditional measuring method are low, so it is difficult to guarantee the product quality strictly. It is necessary to design a special measuring instrument for the geometric parameter of saw blade. The measuring efficiency of geometric parameters of saw blade is improved. Based on the research of geometric parameters of saw blade, the measuring scheme of geometric parameter of saw blade is constructed, the mechanical structure of measuring system is designed, and the mechanical structure of saw blade fixing device, table, support and vertical arm are designed. The support of hardware system and equipment is provided for the measuring work of saw blade. According to the technical requirements of the geometric parameter measurement precision of the saw blade, the suitable image sensor and image acquisition card are selected. According to the characteristics of saw blade and geometric parameters, the illumination system is studied, and a reasonable illumination system scheme is designed through multi-group experiments. The measurement software is developed based on Lab VIEW. The work of image acquisition, image processing, image feature extraction and geometric parameter measurement is completed. Finally, the accuracy and reliability of the measurement system are verified by comparing the measurement results with the experimental results, and the results show the reliability of the measurement system.
