建筑高強(qiáng)鋼棒的熱處理工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:采用不同的退火、淬火和回火工藝對(duì)含銦新型建筑高強(qiáng)鋼棒進(jìn)行了熱處理,并進(jìn)行了拉伸和沖擊試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:隨退火溫度從880℃提高1000℃,退火時(shí)間從2 h延長(zhǎng)至6 h,淬火溫度從890℃提高至950℃,淬火時(shí)間從10 min延長(zhǎng)至50 min,回火溫度從540℃提高至600℃,回火時(shí)間從1 h延長(zhǎng)至3 h,鋼棒的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、斷后伸長(zhǎng)率和沖擊吸收功均先增大后減小。優(yōu)化的熱處理工藝為:960℃×4 h退火+920℃×30 min淬火+580℃×2 h回火。
